Local Community Engagement
Farglory Life has long been committed to supporting the socially disadvantaged and has deeply rooted this commitment in our corporate culture and values. The Company has established the Farglory Life Volunteer Service Management Regulations to encourage participation through reward systems, offering public welfare volunteer leave, and public recognition. Employees are motivated to invite policyholders and friends to join, thereby expanding the impact. In addition, every volunteer participating in the program is provided with a NTD 1 million accident insurance coverage, ensuring their well-being and protection. Over the past 6 years, over 3,000 volunteer person-times have been dedicated to the program.
Promotion of Arts and Culture
Farglory Life has been promoting the "Take a Breath, Empowerment" Family Respite Service for seven consecutive years. Collaborating with the Godot Theatre Company, as well as social affairs bureaus, health departments, and family caregiver support groups across New Taipei, Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, we organize "Art Workshops". Utilizing therapeutic activities such as drama and music, these workshops allow family caregivers to release physical and mental stress. At the program's conclusion, a public exhibition and performance feature amateur family caregiver actors portraying real-life stories, helping the audience empathize with their challenges.
In 2025, public welfare stage plays were performed in Taipei and Kaohsiung. Furthermore, over a hundred family caregivers were invited to attend Godot Theatre's musical free of charge, allowing them to experience joy and a sense of emotional security through live theater.
Health and Sports Advocacy
Farglory Life integrates ESG principles to support the development of sports, from school basketball and professional leagues to community basketball, and extends our efforts to rural schools to assist in the development of sports-specific education. The aim is to expand sports participation across all regions of Taiwan, making health and exercise a common language for all.
Financial and Insurance Education
In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission's promotion of inclusive finance policies, Farglory Life actively promotes the establishment of basic financial protection among the public. Recognizing that early development of financial and risk awareness helps individuals proactively plan their protection, we focus particularly on the younger generation by introducing protection concepts and disseminating financial knowledge.
For seven consecutive years, we have organized the "Golden Insurance Awards", a prominent nationwide campus video competition, encouraging young students to creatively illustrate the importance of risk management. This initiative aims to enhance the financial and insurance literacy of the younger generation and cultivate proper risk awareness.
