Four Major Occupational Safety Plans
- Abnormal Workload-related Disease Prevention Plan
Through planned surveys and data analysis, we gain an understanding of the workload faced by employees in both work and personal life. We organize health seminars to promote health knowledge. The Company's medical staff engage with and conduct interviews with high-risk employees to identify sources of stress and provide recommendations for improving their work and personal health. - Maternal Health Protection Plan
For employees during pregnancy and within one year after childbirth, we provide regular care, arrange consultations with physicians, and conduct identification of environmental hazards to ensure the safety and health of both the employees and their babies. - Human Factor Hazard Prevention Plan
We provide adjustable-height desks and chairs to accommodate individual needs. We regularly conduct surveys on human factors and provide seminars, physician consultations, health education e-flyer, and massage services to address and mitigate human factor hazards. - Workplace Unlawful Infringement Prevention Plan
We have developed a Workplace Unlawful Infringement Prevention Plan that adopts a Zero-Tolerance policy toward all forms of workplace violence. This plan includes self-assessment measures for workplace misconduct, extending the responsibility from department-level supervisors to section-level supervisors, aiming to protect employees from any illegitimate incursions, both internal and external, that may occur during the course of their duties.
